Space to Breathe: 6 Week Summer Series


Over the past few years, I’ve seen this theme threaded through countless conversations with female clients, co-workers, friends, and family members. Myself included.

I’m increasingly fascinated by the ways our culture feeds into this state we live in, but also the unique ways it plays out in us women- through the various hats we wear, responsibilities we carry, transitions we face, and commitments we continually say yes to. We often end up in a place where we lack the space to -breathe-

And yet, to be present, operating from a place of ease, I believe, is one of the greatest gifts we can offer others today.

What Is Space to Breathe?

Rather than another thing to add to your plate, Space to Breathe is a space for you to slow down, reflect, and take small, meaningful steps toward more balance and ease.

In a calm, supportive space with like-minded women, we’ll gather over Zoom and uncover overwhelm’s impacts in this 6-session series. Session by session, you’ll begin to navigate daily life from a place of ease and intentional action.

The Details:

  • Dates: Saturdays, June 28 – August 9 (Break on July 19) via Zoom

  • Time: 10:00–11:15 AM CHST (Stateside: Friday nights, 5 to 6:15 PM PST)

  • Includes: Themed lesson, journaling time, group coaching conversation, and personalized action steps.

  • In-Between Sessions: Private group chat, further resources for exploration, and the option for discounted 1-on-1 coaching for further support in any topic.

  • Slowing Down and Noticing Overwhelm: Explore the fast-pace state of our culture and its impact on our well-being. Learn strategies to become more present and identify major energy drainers.

  • Whole-Person Wellness & Defining What’s Most Important: Introduction to the whole-person wellness framework and explore how each dimension affects daily life. Uncover what truly matters in your season and define realistic goals for the program.

  • Creating Boundaries That Honor You: Discuss honoring self-worth by setting boundaries that protect time and energy. Explore practical ways to begin prioritizing and simplifying.

  • Simplifying Daily Life Routines & Sustainable Habits: Explore daily routines and habits that align with your values and life season, emphasizing the power of simplicity in creating meaningful change.

  • Navigating Change & Embracing Imperfection: Discuss the slow process of change. Explore strategies for navigating change realistically and gracefully. Explore repeating obstacles and thought patterns.

  • Celebrating Progress & Building Forward: Celebrate progress and reflect on key learnings. Move forward with an intentional growth plan to navigate ahead with ease.
